Maybe it was an overstatement to call the previous post 'analysis', it's not that scientific ;)
Anyways, did a SM GY run at 31, and weighted in at 16-17k xp/hour - Should consider that maybe 10% of that time was rested, but on the other hand SM GY has a lot on non-elite mobs.
Update: Did a second SM GY run right after, with no rested and resetting the session just before - Close to 18k xp/h -- So Instance running I guess nets around 16-18 k/h.
Will compare this to some STV questing tonight.
