A Thought Before Bed...
...took tank + 2 dps shaman to do a AN normal just to help a few friends - And found the shamans lagging quite behind a 3 level lower warlock in damage done - Leads me to think I need to look over spell rotations and macros (think I might have to go LB+LB+CL, instead of CL+LB that I do now) as well as spec and gear.

I personaly think it also has to do with the simple factor that your attention is still divided between 3 or more characters.
It somewhat leaves u with less key strokes and a always inferior rotation then a single boxer.
Also adding to that you should try to incorporate the new fire spell into your rotations. From what i get its really good in PVE.
