Went in to The Slave Pens and cleared it - Turned out to be quite easy aside from forgetting about an AE on Rokmar the Crackler which wiped me, and some interesting pulls when mobs managed to fear Perrigrin.In the end Quagmirran died, and gave up a Spore-Soaked Vaneer.
Not to bad experience, not sure what would be faster - Farming this or questing.
